-How do we work? -

We are staffed on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Order pickups and visits can usually also be scheduled for weekends. Our support team is here to answer any questions or concerns you may have as a customer. We’re also available to provide support after your purchase if you need help or advice with anything.

We always process orders the same day they are placed, and packages are usually shipped the same day or the next day, depending on when the order was placed and whether the item is in stock or manufactured in a factory. Delivery for in-stock items usually takes 2–5 business days, and we always strive to meet this timeframe.
We send out a tracking number shortly after the package is shipped so you can track your shipment. 

Orders shipped directly from the factory are typically delivered within 3–5 weeks after production. The tracking number you receive becomes active once the package reaches Europe; prior to that, the package cannot be tracked as it is transported in a container between Asia and Europe.

Our sex dolls are always inspected before delivery, either by us or by our partners at the factory.
If desired, photos of the specific doll can be sent to you, the customer, for approval before delivery takes place.
